Of that 3 cents, approximately 2.58 cents is sent to an international relief organization. (currently the donations are going to the United Nations World Food Program) That may not sound like much, but in October 1999, a total of 792,711 lbs. of food was donated because of daily site visitors. Only one click per user per day is counted.
